In the past few years we have noticed that the climate is changing. In fact, it changes rapidly. It is generally believed that the Earth will be much more crowed in the next decades. Therefore the activities of these people will affect the climate. In the past the ice ages ruled around the globe but since the Industrial revolution the climate is getting warmer and warmer. The climate change has many effects on our lives. We all notice them, they are called Natural disasters (hurricanes, floods, etc.)
The El Niño
The El Nino events are caused due to the high temperatures that occur in large areas of the ocean surface. They usually occur on Christmas time and are known to cause disastrous effects on the fishing industry.* El Nino events are thought to have many indirect effects as well. In the year 1982-1983 the second most devastating El Nino event for the 20th century occurred.
